The Problem
Two downspouts were overflowing at the top and water was tracking down the stone facing, leaving mineral staining. A corner miter had also started to drip onto the walkway.
What We Did
We cleared the gutters by hand, snaked both blocked downspouts, replaced a crushed lower section, cut out and re-sealed the failed miter, and added an extension to carry water past the walkway.
