Cleaning is priced on the linear footage of gutter, the number of stories and the difficulty of access. Guards and new gutters are quoted per linear foot after an on-site measure. You get the number in writing before we start, and it does not change unless you ask for additional work.
No. On-site estimates for guards, repairs and new gutter systems are free and carry no obligation. For straightforward cleaning we can usually quote over the phone from the address and a couple of questions.
Cleaning and small repairs are typically scheduled within the same week. Guard and installation work depends on the season — autumn is our busiest stretch, so book ahead if you want the work done before the leaves drop.
Yes. We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage, and we are licensed to work in Oregon. We are happy to send current certificates before we start work — just ask.
