The Problem
The builder needed gutters on the house and garage before the siding crew finished, with a colour that matched the white trim exactly and downspouts routed away from a new driveway.
What We Did
We rolled every run on site from a single coil, hung them on hidden hangers screwed into solid fascia at 24-inch spacing, and mitred the corners on the ground for tight, sealed joints. Downspouts were dropped at the four corners and tied into buried drain lines running to daylight at the back of the lot.
- 212 ft of 5" K-style seamless aluminum, white
- Hidden hangers at 24" on centre
- Six 2x3 downspouts tied to buried drain lines
- Garage system rolled and hung the same day
The Result
A clean, joint-free run on every elevation, water carried well clear of the new driveway and foundation, and a system sized correctly for the roof from day one.
