The Problem
A December ice event had packed the gutters solid and the downspouts froze at the elbows. The homeowner wanted the problem solved before the next freeze rather than waiting for spring.
What We Did
We cleared the ice and debris, replaced two crushed downspout elbows, and installed heavy-gauge guard panels in a black finish to match the trim. Panels were fastened with additional screws through the front lip to handle snow sliding off the steep roof.
